LOCATION: Ben Sadowski Auditorium, Mount Sinai Hospital 600 University Avenue (18th Floor), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Immunotherapy has revolutionized the treatment of cancer, as PD-1 blockade and CAR-T cell therapies are becoming the standard of care in many disease settings. However the field needs to learn much more about the basic biology of immunoregulation as well as the response and resistance mechanisms in patients to bring this to the next level. Several topics that will be highlighted include:
